For the 14th consecutive year, the University of Cyprus hosted the Erasmus+ Staff Training Week, from 26 to 30 May 2025, with the participation of 36 members of administrative and academic staff from 24 universities from within and outside Europe.
The aim of the event was to enhance internationalisation, create new partnerships and further develop existing relationships with institutions abroad. At the same time, emphasis was placed on the exchange of experiences and best practices among the participants and staff members of the University of Cyprus who took part in the week’s activities.
The Week was organized by the Mobility Office of the International Relations and International Development Department of the International Relations Service within the framework of the Erasmus+ Mobility Programme and had as main themes Mental Health and Well-being of Young People and Intercultural Intelligence.
During the Week, participants took part in interactive workshops on the above themes as well as in cultural activities, through which they had the opportunity to learn about the history, culture and civilisation of Cyprus. The activities of the week were supported by the Deputy Ministry of Culture.
