The consortium of the Erasmus+ project “Efficient University Administration” successfully held its third partners meeting in Athens, Greece, between the 30th of April and 2nd of May 2025. This pivotal event marked the progress made of the two-year project, aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency in higher education. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The meeting gathered representatives from the four partner institutions that form the consortium: Dobre Kadry, the project coordinator from Poland; UCLan Cyprus; HISL from Greece; and Katowice University of Economics from Poland. Over the course of three days, the partners engaged in discussions on the strategic objectives of the project, the responsibilities of each institution, and the collaborative steps needed to achieve its goals.
The “Efficient University Administration” project aims to develop innovative solutions to streamline administrative processes, ensuring that universities can operate more effectively through the development of an IT tool. During the meeting, participants outlined a detailed work plan, established working groups, and set milestones for the coming months. In addition to formal discussions, the meeting provided an opportunity for the partners to strengthen their collaborative ties and share insights on the diverse challenges faced by universities across Europe.
The consortium is looking forward to the next phase of the project, which includes finalising the IT tool and developing application guides for future users. The project is set to deliver impactful results that will benefit universities across the European Union and beyond.
