Another significant distinction has been recorded by the academic staff of the Open University of Cyprus, with Professor Michalinos Zembylas, Director of the Postgraduate Programme ‘Educational Sciences’ and holder of the Commonwealth of Learning Chair, and Associate Professor Antonis Zorpas, Director of the Postgraduate Programme ‘Environmental Sustainability Engineering’ and the Laboratory of Chemical Engineering and Sustainability Engineering, being ranked among the top scientists in their research fields by the reputable ScholarGPS. ScholarGPS ranks the Open University of Cyprus 4th in terms of publications and their impact among recognised Cypriot universities.
