European Researchers’ Night 2025: MISSION POSSIBLE – The Sequel!

The European Researchers’ Night returns once again this year, under the title MISSION POSSIBLE – The Sequel! The event will take place on Friday, 26 September 2025, at the premises of the Cyprus State Fair (Halls A & B) in Nicosia.

Organised since 2006 by the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF), the European Researchers’ Night is Cyprus’ flagship event for the promotion of research, innovation, and science. It brings the fascinating world of science and research closer to the public and the society, offering visitors of all ages the opportunity to meet with researchers, scientists, academics, and innovative entrepreneurs. A night full of science, creativity, and inspiration!

The central theme of this year’s event will once again focus on the five (5) European Union Missions, bold actions with ambitious – yet achievable – goals aiming to address the following major societal challenges:

• Adaptation to Climate Change
• Cancer
• Healthy Oceans, Seas, and Waters
• Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities
• Soil Health and Sustainable Food
