The European Rechance Programme held the multiplier event at the European University Cyprus in collaboration with the Center for Social Innovation (CSI). The Conference was successfully held by the Nursing Programme of the Department of Health Sciences of the European University of Cyprus and the opening of the conference was held by the President of the Department of Health Sciences, Professor Chrysoula Thodi.
The two partners from Cyprus presented the results of the programme as well as the research carried out in Cyprus and in all the participating European countries. This conference was attended by speakers from the Ministries of Health and Justice, Penitentiary Institutions of Cyprus, organisations dealing with issues of justice and dealing with crime. The aim of the programme is to train and develop the skills of ex-prisoners with the aim of their smooth reintegration and inclusion in society.
