Cyprus University of Technology: CUT signed a cooperation agreement with the Inha University of Korea

Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) has signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with Inha University of Korea (인하대학교 – Inha University)

The signing ceremony took place on Friday, June 14, 2024, at the Rector’s Office of CUT.

This agreement opens up new prospects for cooperation between the two universities, particularly in the field of environmental management.

Congratulations and thanks to the Associate Professor of CUT, Dr. Maria G. Antoniou, who spearheaded this initiative.

On behalf of Inha University, Associate Professor Changseok Han, from the Department of Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, attended the event.

The signing of the agreement coincided with the organization of the SPASEC-27 and AOTs-28 conferences held in Limassol, from 11 to 14 June 2024.

The local organizing committee of the conferences, headed by Dr. Maria C. Antoniou, and members Ms. Nikoletta Tsiarta (CUT), Dr. Polycarp Falaras (NCSR Demokritos) and Dr. Iphigenia Kagalou (Democritus University of Thrace), brought together leading scientists and researchers from all over the world, strengthening international collaborations and knowledge exchange.

The SPASEC-27 and AOTs-28 conferences have been an excellent opportunity to promote research and innovation, and this new agreement between CUT and Inha University adds further momentum to these efforts.

This collaboration will be instrumental in developing new programs and initiatives that will benefit both students and scientific staff of both universities.
