CINEA has received 35 project proposals by the 10 November deadline requesting almost EUR 211 million in co-funding by the third cut-off deadline of the CEF Transport Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Facility (AFIF) call for proposals.
The AFIF call was launched on 16 September 2021, with a total budget of EUR 1.575 million and remains open with further cut-off dates at regular intervals until 19 September 2023. The next cut-off date is 13 April 2023.

Admissibility and eligibility of the proposals will now be checked and the proposals will then be evaluated against the specific award criteria of the call.
The entire evaluation process is expected to be concluded by February 2023, when the results will be announced.
