The mission of the European Digital Education Accelerator is to help the education and training sector improve digital education by accelerating a hand-picked selection of innovative prototypes. Calls are now open for teams interested to join the second edition of the Accelerator Programme. Applications are open until 15 May 2023.

About the programme
The purpose of the Accelerator Programme is to offer selected teams an intensive training and testing environment that will help scale their innovation. The programme started in 2022 and plans to have an edition every year until 2025. The first year of the Accelerator Programme supported six innovative prototypes and the teams behind them.
The Digital Education Accelerator enables teams to work together towards a specific solution, use their diverse skills, and get tailored support. The programme offers:
- training and mentoring focused on educational development business growth
- prototype testing in an innovative environment
- peer learning and community building in an entrepreneurial spirit
- showcasing throughout Europe
