The Feedback to Policy call will award a maximum of €2 million to map MSCA’s impact and contribution to specific policies.
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Feedback to Policy call is open as of 25 April. The deadline to submit proposals is 3 September 2024.
Under this call, the European Commission will award up to €2 million to map and assess thematic links between MSCA projects and their contribution to several EU policy priorities. It will also gather feedback from MSCA’s research and innovation community on how to maximise the programme’s impact.
The European Commission and the European Research Executive Agency (REA) will organise 2 information sessions on 25 April and 29 May 2024.
Expected outcomes
Successful applicants will be expected to
- assess the impact and contribution of MSCA projects under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe in relation to the EU Missions
- assess how much MSCA projects contribute to the policy objectives of the European Research Area and two of the policy objectives of the programme: the development of researchers’ training, skills and careers and the related promotion of inter-sectoral collaboration
- contribute to strengthening links between the MSCA and other relevant EU-funded initiatives and programmes linked to these policy priorities
- support building and enhancing links and interactions among MSCA beneficiaries, researchers, and policymakers to inform policymaking as well as build new partnerships and research collaborations
- provide recommendations on how to strengthen the policy impact of the MSCA and possible areas of intervention in the future
