DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars\, call your loved ones\, put on your lab goggles\, because: Science is Wonderful! is back!  \nThe science fair will take place on 13 and 14 March 2025 at the Africa Museum in Tervuren\, Belgium. Whether you are young or young at heart\, this is your chance to celebrate science in the most exciting way possible. \nMeet over 100 leading researchers from around the globe and explore their groundbreaking work through interactive experiments\, hands-on activities\, science shows\, games and quizzes. \nScience is Wonderful! is free of charge and open to everyone – school classes\, families\, science enthusiasts\, robots\, aliens\, and beyond! \nIf you’re planning to attend with a school class or a group of 15 or more\, be sure to register starting 29 January 2025 to secure your participation. \nIf you are coming as an individual or a family\, there is no need to register – just show up and dive into the excitement of the science fair! Whether you are bringing a curious child or just your youthful enthusiasm\, we can’t wait to welcome you to these two days of science extravaganza.  \nYou can’t wait either? Then sign up to the newsletter and be one of the first people to know more about the great projects we have in store for you in 2025.  \nKey information \n\nDate: 13 and 14 March 2025\nLocation: Africa Museum\, Leuvensesteenweg 13\, 3080 Tervuren\, Belgium\nEveryone is welcome! Especially pupils between the ages of 7 and 18 will find a wealth of scientific experiences to choose from.\nRegistration for school classes or large groups opens on 29 January 2025 at midday.\nThe event is organised in French\, Dutch and English.\nFree bus transfers to the venue can be arranged for school classes upon request (limited availability\, priority given to young children or far away schools).\nLunch at the venue can be arranged upon request for school classes visiting during lunch times (limited availability). An indoors picnic area will be accessible for everyone.

SUMMARY:Horizon Europe Cluster 4 Digital Brokerage Event with Austria\, Benelux & Nordic countries
DESCRIPTION:Researchers and innovators who share an interest in applying to the upcoming call for Horizon Europe\, Cluster 4 “Digital\, Industry & Space” are invited to participate to pitch their project ideas or organisations at this event and look for like-minded partners.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis event is an initiative by the National Contact Points of Austria (FFG)\, Denmark (Ministry of Higher Education and Science) Belgium (Hub Brussels\, NCP Flanders\, NCP Wallonie)\, Finland (Business Finland)\, Iceland (Rannis)\, Luxembourg (Luxinnovation)\, Netherlands (RVO)\, Norway (Research Council of Norway)\, and Sweden (Vinnova).  \nThe “Horizon Europe: Digital\, Industry and Space – Work programme 2025” will be published soon. Get a head-start and raise your chances of success! \nThis Brokerage Event is focused on topics containing relevant “digital” aspects.\nYou may participate in this event in one of the following roles: \n\nPresenter: where you will be able to briefly (3 minutes maximum) present/pitch your organization or your existing project idea. Note that we have limited spots for pitching in each breakout room\, so register soon!\nListener: where you listen to presenters.\n\nWhen\nDate & Time: 19.3.2025 13:00-15:00 (CET) \nDeadline (Presenter): Registration – Monday 10 March 12:00 (CET) \n                                     Returning pitch slides – Friday 14 March 12:00 (CET) \nDeadline (Listener): Registration without pitching will be possible until right before the event starts. \nAgenda\nAfter a short welcome\, participants will switch into breakout rooms according to their interests. Inside each breakout room\, presenters will pitch their organization or project idea.
