SUMMARY:Launch of the European Higher Education Interoperability Framework
DESCRIPTION:About the webinars\nDuring the series of two webinars\, we will launch the European Higher Education Interoperability Framework (HEIF). The HEIF supports European University alliances and higher education institutions in enhancing the interoperability of European higher education ecosystems to foster collaboration\, efficiency\, and innovation. \nImplementation guidelines webinar on 21 January 2025\nTogether with the participants\, we will \n\nexplore the implementation guidelines of the European Higher Education Interoperability Framework\nshowcase the variety of tools made available to the European University alliances and higher education institutions\nintroduce  the practical application of the implementation guidelines.\n\nGovernance model webinar on 23 January 2025\nTogether with the participants\, we will \n\nexplore the governance model proposal of the European higher education interoperability and its role in creating the harmonised and interoperable European higher education ecosystem that fosters collaboration\, efficiency and innovation.\n\nEuropean Higher Education Interoperability Framework is a European Commission initiative developed by the higher education interoperability working group and the consortium under the European Digital Education Hub (EDEH). \nSpeakers\n\nColin Tück – Senior Expert on Higher Education Interoperability for DAAD (EDEH consortium lead) EDEH Interoperability Initiative\nEuropean higher education interoperability community representatives\n\nWho can join\n\nrepresentatives of European Higher Education Institutions and European University alliances\ntask leaders of interoperability projects\nICT professionals\npolicymakers\nEuropean Commission representatives\nresearchers\neducations practitioners\neducational staff\nEdTech\n\nThe event is only available for the registered members of the European Digital Education Hub community. \nPractical information \nThe webinar on implementation guidelines will take place on 21 January 2025\, 14.00 – 15.00\, CET.  \n\nRegistration open up until 21 January 2025 12.00\, CET.\n\nThe webinar on governance model will take place on 23 January 2025\, 14.00 – 15.00\, CET.  \n\nRegistration open up until 23 January 2025 12.00\, CET.\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister to attend the webinars\n\n\n\nHow to join\nThis event is only available to registered Hub members.
